Digital Learning Leader - Mr S Fenn Tye
Computing is all around us and affects our everyday lives now more than ever before. The use of Computing is found throughout many other subjects, and is found in work and personal life after students leave school.
Computing changes constantly with new technologies and new ideas that we are all using all the time. Due to the dynamic nature of the subject, the Computing department continuously develop and enhance the ICT curriculum in order to make sure that our young people are studying a curriculum that is suitable for 21st century learning.
Most lessons in Computing are taught using the Chailey Learning Zone, which is an online learning resource.
Each topic has its own section on the CLZ which outlines the tasks that are to be completed as well as containing the resources that students will use in their Computing lessons. There are also a number of helpful resources on the website to help students when completing their work.
