Chailey School gains national recognition
Chailey School has just received national recognition and accreditation for transforming classroom practice in engaging with evidence and research. This is under the SSATs Framework for Exceptional Education. The accreditation has been developed by a group of the country's highest performing schools and reviewed by leading academics.
SSAT's Chief Executive Sue Williamson comments 'for a school to be accredited for transforming practice is a real credit to their team and to the quality of the work that they are doing.'
At Chailey we have a culture that promotes 'everyone being the best we can be'. As part of our continuous improvement programme all staff are able to engage in real classroom research every year and this award really endorses our approach to staff training.
