Year 11 Business Studies students visit Drusillas
Year 11 students write:
For part of our GCSE Business Studies course, we had to assess the suitability of the location of a local business. We chose Drusillas Park in Alfriston.
Before we went, we planned a questionnaire to ask members of the public who were at Drusillas that day, what they thought of the location. Some of the questions we asked were: how far they had travelled, and if they felt the location was suitable. The results from these questionnaires will be put into graphs and used in our controlled assessment as evidence to support our investigation.
We also asked the manager some questions, for example, how easy would it be for Drusillas to relocate. His response has helped us to evaluate the positives and negatives of the current location.
We also had the opportunity to enjoy what the park has to offer, in particular the Meerkats and Red Panda.
